Where to use it
Few loaders carry this much nostalgia. This Pac-Man loader in CSS is a natural for a retro gaming shop, the website of an arcade bar or the page of a game jam. The mouth opens and closes quickly while dots slide in from the right, so it looks like it is always eating its way forward.
Yellow for the mouth is the obvious homage, but your brand color works too. Keep it for playful projects; on a banking or healthcare site it can feel out of place. It also makes a funny touch on a 404 or maintenance page.
