Where to use it

Paper journals and planners inspire this tag filter, where every option is a strip of patterned washi tape with torn ends on a ruled page with a red margin. Unselected strips float slightly lifted and faded with a soft shadow; selected ones press flat onto the paper. It runs on checkboxes and CSS alone, with a counter for stuck tags.

The first colour marks the focus ring and the counter, the second sets the paper. Edit the tape colours and gradient patterns in the code, keep the tags to one or two words, and use it for notes, recipes or bookmark apps.
